Important Shipping Information

All shipments are prepared and shipped Monday - Friday from our office in upstate New York. Please allow one extra business day for orders completed during a U.S. federal holiday. All transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Shipping to rural areas may take longer. Sticker & Co is not responsible for any shipments once departed from our facility. For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties required by their country's customs department for delivery.

We strongly caution against shipping to non-permanent addresses, including commercial locations, hotels, vacation rentals, and package forwarding services. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for lost or delayed shipments sent to these addresses.
